El paradigma perdido de la institucionalización en la sociología del derecho de Niklas Luhmann (The lost paradigm of the institutionalization in Niklas Luhmann’s sociology of law)

Abstract

In this paper we present a summary analysis of the concept of institutionalization in the Sociology of Law of the German sociologist Niklas Luhmann, and we try to explain the disappear of this concept throughout the development of his theory. We conclude with recommendations for the study of this concept in the context of the author's work.

El presente trabajo presenta un breve análisis del concepto de institucionalización en la sociología del derecho del sociólogo alemán Niklas Luhmann y se proponen explicaciones para la desaparición de este concepto a lo largo del desarrollo de su teoría. Se concluye con recomendaciones para el estudio de este concepto en el contexto de la obra del autor.
