04/30/2025Sortuz, the Oñati Journal of Emergent Socio-Legal Studies, has published its new issue on 30 April and, from this moment on, all its output will carry a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

OSLS and Sortuz have published their own style guidelines
06/06/2023OSLS and Sortuz have now their own official house style guidelines compendium, published and available to anyone on each of the journal websites and on the step-by-step submission panel. These guidelines have been developed drawing on the internationally well-known Harvard and APA guidelines, but they also acknowledge the nuance and particular usage of them that contributing authors of both OSLS and Sortuz have made throughout the years.

11/19/2021Although a number of papers have been received already, more submissions are welcome for the Race, Gender, Violence and Violation of Rights: Intersections in the 21st Century special issue, due for publication in 2022. We are welcoming articles that discuss minority rights and lawfare, gender and racial discrimination or violence, penal selectivity, feminist legal theory, critical race theory, decolonial approaches to law, and related topics.
