Thomas Frøberg was born in 1983, and graduated with a masters degree in law from the University of Oslo in 2008. Frøberg has been a research fellow at det Department of Public and International Law at the University of Oslo since november 10th 2008. He has previously worked as a research assistant at the University and as a high executive officer in the Department of legislation at the Ministry of Justice.
