El privilegio de acceder a contenidos culturales digitales: un estudio cualitativo sobre las experiencias de minorías étnicas y migrantes de la Unión Europea

Las personas migrantes y pertenecientes a minorías étnicas dentro de la Unión Europea están sujetas a formas únicas de discriminación y las barreras que enfrentan en sus derechos civiles y sociales, provoca una restricción cada vez mayor del disfrute de la cultura. El acceso y derecho a la cultura en la era digital se agrieta entre grupos privilegiados y desventajados. Este artículo explora las barreas que impactan en estas dos comunidades sobre el acceso a los bienes culturales digitales. Esta búsqueda se ilustra a través de un estudio cualitativo en 12 jurisdicciones de la Unión Europea.
