The use of assisted reproduction techniques in Mexico and world wide require the consent of the users as an legal essential element of this legal figure; the current essay focus on the analysis of the procreational will as an element of this new filiation mode, in the context of the different normative hypothesis provided by the Mexican law.
El uso de las técnicas de reproducción asistida en México, como en todo el mundo, requieren de un elemento esencial como es la prestación del consentimiento de los usuarios; en este trabajo se hace un análisis de esta voluntad procreacional que constituye un elemento en este nuevo modo de filiación, en cada una de las hipótesis que se pueden presentar atendiendo a nuestra legislación.
