Abstract

This paper analyses the features shared by two kinds of abnormal subjects, the supermen in cartoons or comics and people with disabilities whose situation is not obvious to people; the legislative milestones achieved regarding disability, and an evaluative analysis of the social reality and the legislation as regards this issue.

En este estudio veremos los rasgos compartidos por dos clases de sujetos anormales, los superhombres de las historietas o comics y las personas en situación de discapacidad que no evidencian dicha situación a los ojos de la sociedad. Los hitos legislativos en materia de discapacidad. Y un análisis valorativo de la realidad social y las normas, respecto de esta cuestión.
