In this paper, a brief historical overview is made according to lifestyles, standards and conceptions of disability over the ages. Next, we will examine regulations concerning disability in higher education. Finally, we will reflect on the National University of Rosario and its School of Law in terms of mental disability.
En este trabajo primeramente haremos un breve recorrido histórico, por los modos de vida, las normas y las conceptualizaciones, acerca de la discapacidad, en cada una de las edades. Luego estudiaremos las normas sobre discapacidad y educación superior. Por último reflexionaremos sobre la Universidad Nacional de Rosario y su Facultad de Derecho, teniendo en cuenta a la discapacidad mental.
