This dossier is part of the special issue of Oñati Socio Legal Series titled Conflicts as property. Explorations about forms of alternative resolution to legal punishment. In this, it is intended to incorporate alternative approaches to state punishment to address problematic social situations, their normative limits and their idiosyncrasies.
